Thank you for participating in the development of the Facet5 Values Profile. By completing this questionnaire you are helping us build a reliable and trusted data set. This is the first step in ensuring that what we are measuring is accurate and valid.

The questionnaire consists of 90 questions. You will be asked to choose between 2 statements. Select the statement that you feel is most important to you. There is no right or wrong, or set time to complete. Each set of pairs is unique to you and adapts as you respond. We are trialling a new form of adaptive questionnaires that ensure a unique experience and outcome that truly reflects your values.

At the end of the questionnaire you will be provided an opportunity to rank your top 10 statements. You can drag and drop these into a ranking from 1 (at the very top) to 10 (at the very bottom). You will receive a copy of you summary values via email. In this profile you will be given a summary list of your top 10 values and an introduction into the values profile creation process.

In approximately 4 weeks we will ask you to complete the questionnaire again. This retest is important to help us build a broader database of responses, but also to assist in generating an initial test, retest score. These scores help us understanding how robust our questionnaire really is and what people can expect from the measures we provide.

As soon as we have enough data, we will then come back to you and offer you a full profile with detailed sections on your top 5 values.
